  • To develop, institutionalise and promote safe and appropriate investment and market models for
    HIV & AIDS  service organisations
  • To offer highly quality and affordable capacity building and consulting services to the corporate,
    public and civil society sectors in areas of HIV and AIDS management and social development.
ADCAMS is a social enterprise that exists to offer cutting-edge advisory and training services to NGOs,
academic institution, private sector and policy makers on issues of HIV&AIDS management and social
development. We are headquartered in Lilongwe, Malawi but with Associate Consultants in Zimbabwe,
UK, Kenya, Uganda, and South Africa.  The founding Directors have over 12 years experience in HIV
&AIDS and Social Development in Africa.

The founding directors and associate consultants have worked on HIV and AIDS and social
development in Angola, Mozambique, South Africa, Lesotho, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, India,
Bangladesh, Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, and Zambia on short term assignments and long
terms assignments.

ADCAMS was founded in 2004 by professionals offering consulting services on various aspects of HIV
and AIDS and social development in Eastern and Southern Africa. It was formally incorporated in
Malawi in 2007.
